Gideon Lewis-Kraus writes in depth about the library in the May issue of Harper's. It's online right now for subscribers and will probably be open for nonsubscribers around mid-May.

This is a very interesting article. I recommended it to my boss, Geof Bowker who wrote " Sorting Things Out: Classification and its Consequences " here at the Center for Sci, Tech, and Society.
